This authentic finca built in 1810 has been
restored completely with love and know how, under consideration of the antique original parts like antique doors, wooden floors and walls up to 1.2m thick which creates a perfect room
temperature.
During restoration, deep sensitivity and profound knowledge of the local style materials were needed to create a house which responds to modern needs for space and comfort while respecting its past.
It is located 11km from the coast of Poris de Abona, 27 km to Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos in the small old town of Arico.
A holiday in this finca will be unforgettable to anyone who loves antique houses. Also the
interior furnishing and decoration is authentic except bathrooms and kitchens.
There are two separate houses, in one of them is a large separate Kitchen and a dining room. In the other house are two Bedrooms (one of them 40m2) a Living Room and a Bathroom. From the small typical Canarian style balcony at one of the Bedrooms they used to watch out for the pirate ships in the past. Between the 2 houses is a large patio and an extra Bathroom in a small separate house.
There is also a garden kitchen with running
water and a barbeque in the 1.500mē large area in the garden. This is the perfect place for an enjoyable holiday in the mild Canarian climate.
