This beautiful old villa lies in a 3000mē large park with pool, 10 minutes walk from Puerto de la Cruz and the sea. There are several
Apartments in the villa and in the park around in separate guesthouses available, each one very tastefully decorated.
The villa was built in 1875 and was owned by a very wealthy Spanish family. 1994 the villa has been luxuriously restored completely but still reminds of the splendour of past times.
There are banana plantations in and around the premises, (help yourself with free bananas) large sun terraces, pool and gardens providing shady corners and a very nice garden kitchen with barbecue. There is also a typical bodega available for the guest.
All apartments are fitted with an American style kitchen, 4 flam gas stove, separate oven on request, fridge, coffee machine. Shower/WC, Terrace, Satellite Television and Central
Heating.
Washing machine, breakfast buffet, fresh rolls, pool towels, bath robes on request. Baby bed available.
